Where do I cancel?
Sign in above, choose the subscription and confirm cancellation. Access remains active through the paid period.
Where do I resume or change my card?
Those two actions use the SellAuth payment portal because its admin API does not provide them to FirstBid.
What happens when I pay with crypto?
Crypto is not charged automatically. SellAuth sends a renewal invoice by email; pay that invoice to continue.
How do AI upgrades and downgrades work?
Adding AI charges only the per-day difference for the remaining uncovered days. Going back to without AI opens the checkout for the plan without AI; once it is paid, the AI renewal is cancelled at the end of its period, and AI already paid stays active through its paid end date. Subscribing to the AI plan works the same way in reverse.
What about an older one-time license?
It keeps its existing access period and appears with your account. The next plan purchased for that game is a subscription.
