1. The service

FirstBid is an independent tool for Eldorado.gg sellers. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Eldorado.gg. You are responsible for your seller account, prices, messages, compliance with marketplace rules, and every deal you close.

2. Billing and cancellation

Plans renew for the interval shown at checkout until cancelled. Card and PayPal Checkout may renew automatically; other payment methods may require paying a renewal invoice. Cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps access through the period already paid. Refund requests remain subject to the guarantee shown on the pricing page.

3. Optional AI negotiation

AI negotiation is included only in a per-game plan explicitly marked “+ AI”; it is not included in standard plans or the all-games pass. The AI does not start buyer conversations. It can answer only after the buyer's first reply, follows the seller's configured maximum discount, and hands control to the seller at the stop conditions described in the app and on the pricing page. The seller remains responsible for reviewing and closing the transaction.

4. AI conversation data

Messages from conversations handled by the AI are stored for up to 90 days and may be used to improve the AI.

5. Account and configuration

Your purchase email identifies your FirstBid account. Access is limited by the game and plan shown at checkout. Keep email login codes and your FirstBid Connector session private. Settings backups do not include your Eldorado login or notification credentials.

6. Availability and support

Marketplace, payment, email and AI providers may occasionally be unavailable. FirstBid does not guarantee that every order will be won or that a buyer will accept an offer. For billing, access or technical help, open a private support ticket in the FirstBid Discord.
